Attorney Paul Rush Mitchell has more than thirty years experience serving the Thomasville and Denton areas of Davidson and Randolph Counties. A native of Thomasville, Mitchell resides in Denton, North Carolina with his family. His ancestors were among the first settlers of these communities. His family has lived in these communities for generations.
Mitchell has a general practice specializing in real estate, wills and estates, and business law. Also, he has served as Town Attorney for the Town of Denton since 1984, and City Attorney for the City of Thomasville since 1990.
Since 1981, Mitchell has conducted more than 5000 real estate closings, and handles all of the various legal aspects of land transactions such as deeds, mortgages, easements, and the purchase and sale of property.
Mitchell and his staff of four assistants are dedicated to providing prompt and reliable legal services to their clients. Telephone calls are generally returned on the same day, usually within two hours.
The Thomasville office is staffed throughout the week, and the Denton office is open on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and by appointment.
For matters which our office does not handle, referrals are provided to competent and effective attorneys in the area who specialize in those areas.
